Innovative swim school is looking for Swim Instructors to join our team in the Williamsburg/Bushwick/Ocean Parkway area this 2026!
Our unique/ fun method and dedication to advanced swimming at a young age requires someone who is passionate for both swimming and children.
We are looking for anyone who can be in the water for extended periods time, loves children/babies, is self motivated and wants to grow within a company.
We welcome all types of people with varied back rounds as we feel that a diverse team can offer more to our clients. We are looking for hard working and dedicated people join us in this journey as we expand.

Requirements for Instructors-
Swim skills and understanding of water.
Maintain pool area. Set up the swim equipment and put it away at the end of the day.
Applicant must have swim experience is required.
Weekends are required 7am-3pm
Looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable speaking with parents and working with small children
- Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated
- Reliable and punctual is very important
- Able to work weekends
- Legal to work in the USA
For higher starting salaries must have a strong swim background and be lifeguard certified, commit to a schedule and have solid attendance. Repeated call outs and lateness is not permitted.
$18-$22/hour depending on qualifications, dedication and commitment!
