First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an engaging and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team at the Lahaina Branch.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; rotational Saturday's 8:30am - 1:30pm (hours may vary)
Compensation:
The salary range for the role is: $60,000 - $115,000/yr; commensurate with experience; and an additional premium of $750/month.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
- Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership, including bu not limited to:
- Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies
- Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire
