Summary
We are seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Kokua Healthcare. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to clients in their homes, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and function.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physical therapy techniques.
- Experience in home health or community care settings preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
