Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving entry level issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining (3 course minimum)
- Strong knowledge of POS systems; familiarity with cashiering and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
- Previous host/hostess experience or serving roles that demonstrate strong communication skills and guest engagement

Pay: $7.25 - $50.00 per hour
