The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and system transactions. This role ensures accurate handling of materials, timely processing of orders, and proper documentation within the ERP system.

Process shipping and receiving transactions in the ERP system

Perform inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and stock verification

Prepare and package materials for shipment according to company standards

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity in the system

Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and logistics teams

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Assist with physical inventory and audits as required

Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Any other activity needed by the supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in warehouse operations (shipping/receiving, inventory control)

Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic is a plus)

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)

Experience with industrial valves (e.g., Walworth) is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Basic knowledge of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight LTL)
Must be a U.S. citizen and have reliable transportation
