The Role We're looking for a sharp, high-energy Appointment Coordinator to manage our inbound lead flow and book qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a phone-heavy, fast-paced position where your output directly impacts company revenue. You'll be the first voice a homeowner hears — that matters.
What You'll Do
- Answer and manage inbound calls from homeowners requesting estimates
- Follow up on leads via phone and text using our CRM
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales consultants
- Maintain accurate lead records and appointment notes in Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team on scheduling and lead status
- Assist with recruiting outreach and event scheduling as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone presence — you're confident, clear, and personable
- You handle objections without flinching and stay calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Previous experience in a call center, sales support, or customer service role preferred
- Comfortable working in CRM software — Zoho experience is a plus
- You show up, follow through, and take ownership

Compensation
- Base salary: $34,000–$38,000
- Performance incentives and appointment commissions
- Total earning potential: $45,000–$60,000+
