Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Tank Shop Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and submittal process of tank systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your expertise in mechanical engineering, system design, and manufacturing processes will drive innovation and reliability in our tank shop operations. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed mechanical designs and schematics using CAD and Codeware, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ASME standards.
- Work closely with clients and shop floor from the beginning of a project to job closeout
- Apply ASME codes & standards to ensure all tank designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, schematics, and documentation for fabrication using drafting standards.
- Support system design efforts by integrating mechanical knowledge with electrical controls for complex tank systems including pump packages, skids, control panels, and controls.
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with a focus on tank systems or pressure vessels.
- Strong background in mechanical design using CAD tools like Autocad.
- Experience working with industry codes such as ASME standards for pressure vessels or tanks is highly desirable.

Experience designing or manufacturing of ASME tanks or similar "code" tanks is a requirement.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
