Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Fuji PACS Application Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on Fuji Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) software. This role requires travel for one week of onsite training Aug-Sept. With 1-2 weeks of part time remote work to prepare beforehand.
You will facilitate hands-on training sessions for Radiologist of the Fuji Synapse SPACS Software. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical support abilities, exceptional teaching skills, be organized and have a thorough understanding of Fuji Synapse PACS systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and related IT infrastructure. Your mission is to empower users with the knowledge and confidence to optimize their use of Fuji PACS, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows and enhancing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, clear, and effective training sessions on Fuji Synapse PACS applications to Radiologists at various sites. You will be required to Travel (with Reimbursements) to offer training in person.
- Provide technical support during training, troubleshooting software issues, and guiding users through system functionalities.
- Assist in setting up training environments.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal system performance, perform analysis of user feedback for continuous improvement, and document training activities comprehensively.
- Conduct follow-up support post-training to address questions or technical challenges encountered by users.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, user progress, and technical issues using SharePoint or similar document management tools.
Experience
- Proven experience with Fuji Synapse PACS within Radiology.
- Demonstrated success in teaching or classroom experience with adult learners in clinical or technical settings.
- Knowledge of EMR systems integration with PACS solutions and familiarity with software troubleshooting across operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux.
- Excellent communication skills combined with analysis skills to assess user needs effectively and deliver tailored training solutions.
Summary
2-4 week contract. Some remote work necessary to prepare to go on site to train the radiologists on their new Fuji Synapse PACS. Required 1 week of onsite training in Aug or Sept (dates TBD), with travel reimbursed.
We are hiring multiple people for this role to train at different locations.
Pay: From $90.00 per hour
