Position Overview:
- Manage and support a team of technicians
- Operate in a fast-paced, professional service environment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 1 Year of Service Advisor/Writer experience perferred
- Nissan Certified a Plus
- Proficient with NNAnet a Plus
- Dealer Track experience preferred
- X Time experience preferred
- A professional personal appearance
- Good Organization and Communication skills a must
- A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work with little supervision
