The Full Time Sales Associate provides personalized recommendations, addresses concerns, and ensures every customer feels confident in their choices.
As a Full Time Sales Associate, you’ll go beyond basic support. You’ll proactively reach out to customers, identify their needs, and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle or business. Whether it’s helping a family upgrade their internet or assisting a small business with bundled services, the Full Time Sales Associate will be the expert they rely on.
Core Functions of the Full Time Sales Associate
- Positively engage with new and existing customers, create informative presentations and answer questions and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage customer engagement records across platforms, ensuring accurate documentation of activity, service preferences, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, troubleshoot campaign issues, and recommend improvements that enhance Frontier’s overall customer experience.
- Support outreach initiatives by compiling data, scheduling follow‑ups, and assisting with logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on Frontier’s offerings, promotions, and engagement strategies while building operational expertise.
Education & Experience Needed for the Full Time Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or marketing is preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, client engagement, or sales coordination—particularly within telecom or sales services—is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools to manage customer data, track interactions, and support operational workflows.
