We are seeking a Dietary Supervisor.
Dietary Supervisor tasks include:
Follow federal and state requirements for providing nutrition services.
May be required to act as lead cook.
Maintain the food service department and equipment.
Putting away inventory.
Manage and training kitchen staff.
Qualifications of Dietary Supervisor:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Servsafe certification required.
Two years’ experience in foodservice management with prior experience in healthcare foodservice preferred.
