Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (both written and spoken), strong business acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Excellent Hindi & English communication skills (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in IT services, software solutions, or related industries will be an advantage.
