Job Description
Trinity Community Development Inc. (TCDI) is seeking an organized, motivated, and community-minded Organizational Administrator to join our team.

TCDI operates a vibrant community center that hosts public and private events, rents space to community groups, and runs weekly and monthly food resource programs. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director and an amazing team of volunteers to support the daily operations and mission of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead community engagement, outreach, and relationship-building within our center.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, facility scheduling, taking payments, ordering of cleaning supplies, data entry and general office management.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director, volunteers, and Board members to develop and support programs and events that serve the community.
- Manage social media engagement (primarily Facebook and Instagram), including scheduling posts for programs and events and responding to community messages.
- Help ensure the center operates smoothly and remains welcoming to all members of the community.

- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Bonus Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in community work, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (our organization uses DonorPerfect).
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a dynamic community environment.

Schedule
- Average of 35 hours per week.
- Hours may vary based on scheduled events, including occasional Saturday responsibilities. Hours will be flexed during the week when needed to keep within a 35 hour work week.
