B2B Marketing Representative – Top Tier Public Adjusters

The Role: We are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated professional to build valuable relationships with local roofing contractors. Your primary mission will be traveling business-to-business to introduce our firm and schedule free, highly valuable training sessions or introductory meetings between roofing contractors and our expert adjusters. You aren't selling a product—you are offering free value and building lucrative B2B relationships!
We offer a highly aggressive, uncapped bonus structure designed to reward top performers. You will earn $750 for every single meeting or training you successfully set up, giving you the opportunity to build a massive income on top of your base salary.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Field Outreach: Travel daily within the Tampa area and surrounding territories to visit roofing contractors and related businesses face-to-face.
Relationship Building: Introduce Top Tier Public Adjusters, clearly communicating the mutual benefits of a professional relationship.
Appointment Setting: Successfully pitch and schedule free, company-sponsored training seminars and introductory meetings.
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, positive, and authoritative presence as the frontline representative of our brand.
Pipeline Management: Track your daily visits, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own schedule in the field.
Previous experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or the roofing/restoration industry is a major plus!
