What you’ll do
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on various cannabis products.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about strains, edibles, and accessories.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean and visually appealing facility.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Basic qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or dispensary setting.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry trends is a plus.
