Due Fiori is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Pasta Cook to join our team. We are a neighborhood Italian restaurant located in Long Beach’s Retro Row, focused on utilizing high-quality, fresh ingredients.
We are a high-volume restaurant, and one of the best parts of our environment is that the kitchen participates in the tip pool—meaning as the restaurant succeeds, everyone’s compensation increases.
Requirements and Details:
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a fast-paced Italian kitchen, specifically working with pasta.
- Values: We are looking for individuals who believe in inclusivity, kindness, hard work, personal growth, and accountability.
- Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM until closing.
