What You'll Do
- Assist with parts and service sales.
- Schedule and sell service work, providing solutions for repairs, maintenance, accessories, and engine upgrades.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support inventory control, merchandising, and department organization
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and Harley-Davidson updates
- Deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Help out across departments as needed
What You Bring
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Mechanical aptitude and a passion for motorcycles (Harley-Davidson knowledge a plus)
- Motorcycle license
- Strong computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high volumes of work under pressure
- Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter, willing to learn and grow on the job
- Knowledge of inventory control practices a plus

Job Details
- Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, day shift, rotating weekends
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year in motorcycle/automotive parts sales (preferred)
- License: Valid motorcycle and driver's licenses
- Work Location: In person
