Job Summary

As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners eager to grow within the industry.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items, and providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout shifts
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Support kitchen operations including basic food preparation and food handling tasks
- Engage in effective time management to ensure quick service during peak hours
- Uphold all health regulations and safety protocols within the restaurant or café environment
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and communication
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Previous restaurant or café experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Good time management skills with the ability to work efficiently during busy periods
