About Trisect Commercial
Trisect Commercial, LLC is a growing commercial construction company based in Greensboro, NC. We deliver high-quality projects for clients across the Triad region, built on a foundation of craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork. We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our field leadership team and help drive successful project outcomes.
Position Overview
The Construction Foreman will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Trisect’s quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise field crews and subcontractors on active commercial construction projects
- Maintain daily job site safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards at all times
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and crew assignments to keep work on track
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor job site progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, or scope changes in a timely manner
- Conduct daily job site inspections and document field activities, including safety observations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment
- Mentor and develop field crew members to uphold Trisect’s quality and performance standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or field supervisor role
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Must reside in or be willing to commute within the Greensboro/Triad area
- Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and schedules
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse crews
- Working knowledge of general commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Proficiency with basic field documentation (daily logs, safety reports, punch lists)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
