Now we're looking for the person who will lead our Medford branch — someone who can motivate a team, be a trusted face in the community, and keep operations running clean. If you love building people up and making a place run well, this is the seat.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You'll run the Medford branch like it's yours — the people, the operations, and the growth.
Lead and grow the team- Hire, onboard, and retain great caregivers — and build a culture they don't want to leave - Coach and motivate your Care Advocate team to build relationships with DHS and VA case managers - Set the tone: energy, accountability, and genuine care
Be the face in the community- Build and deepen relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing, home health, and senior living partners - Coordinate care so smoothly that referral partners trust us first — the kind of soft marketing that grows a branch without a hard sell - Partner with our sales and recruiting teams to keep growth and staffing in sync
Keep it running right - Scheduling stability, service quality, and compliance with Oregon home care regulations - Client satisfaction and retention - Protect the branch's health and margin

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base: $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience
- Growth bonus: roughly $10,000–$12,000 a year for a manager who grows the branch — tied to branch revenue growth, client retention, and referral development (potential total comp ~$60,000–$72,000)
- Mileage reimbursed for community visits
