The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Analyst to serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and help shape the future of affordable housing in one of California's most dynamic regions. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll lead agency-wide initiatives, oversee critical housing programs, guide compliance efforts, and support data-driven decision-making that directly impacts thousands of residents.
What You'll Do
- Lead special projects, programs, and executive initiatives.
- Administer major housing programs, waitlists, audits, and Project-Based Voucher activities.
- Oversee HUD reporting requirements, SEMAP submissions, and compliance activities.
- Conduct research, policy analysis, and performance assessments.
- Prepare grant applications and manage reporting requirements.
- Supervise and support a team of Administrative Analysts.
