Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Lead Installer with at least 5 years of experience in the flooring or coatings industry. This individual will play a key role in leading field operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing both people and materials in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of epoxy, urethane cement, MMA, and polished concrete flooring systems
- Ensure proper surface preparation, mixing, and application techniques
- Supervise field crews and maintain high quality and safety standards
- Communicate project progress with the operations team
- Manage tools, materials, and jobsite organization
- Travel as required for projects (company vehicle provided for travel work)
- Work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in epoxy or concrete polishing installation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects
- Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship
Compensation & Details
- Starting pay: $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime available
