Marketing Leadership Opportunity at Dotworkz
Dotworkz is U.S. manufacturer of unique security camera technology products, live streaming services, and exicting new product innovations. We are looking for a talented, motivated professional to lead our Marketing team and drive lead generation, grow our digital presence, expand Amazon sales, and support new product launches.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building marketing programs that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support sales growth.
- Build and optimize existing marketing funnels, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Manage digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and grow Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, Amazon PPC, A+ Content, and Brand Store.
- Optimize the company website (WordPress) and support Shopify eCommerce.
- Plan and execute new product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
- Create marketing materials, case studies, brochures, presentations, videos, and sales collateral.
- Manage and expand social media and content creation.
- Coordinate trade shows, podcasts, and industry events.
- Track marketing performance, website analytics, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to improve productivity and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing, industrial, technology, or security industries.
- Proven success in B2B lead generation and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing hardware, technology, surveillance, networking, or industrial products.
- Experience launching new products.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000+ per year (depending on experience)
