As a Crew Member at Little Caesars, you will be part of a team that ensures customers receive high-quality food and excellent service in a clean and friendly environment. You’ll perform a variety of tasks including food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and cashiering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter.
- Prepare and cook pizzas, Crazy Bread, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by location).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs.
