We are currently hiring Assistant Kitchen Managers. As a member of the Leadership Team, they assist the Kitchen Manager with executing and fulfilling our commitments to our Great Food Fundamental Disciplines.
Assistant Kitchen Manager responsibilities include:
- Thorough and Complete Line Checks
- Engaged Coaching and Teaching of Our Teammates
- Maintaining our standard of Always Run Low, Never Run Out.
