**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration.
**Duties:**
- Manage water restoration projects from start to finish
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of water restoration technicians
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and equipment to clean and restore damaged areas
- Conduct carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement as
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is required
- Proficiency in water damage restoration techniques
- Knowledge of fire restoration procedures
- Familiarity with mold remediation and asbestos abatement protocols
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
