Overview
We are seeking motivated Seasonal Digital Production Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, is to prepare, edit, and enhance Dorian Studio images and data to meet our production standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in photo editing, a keen eye for color accuracy, detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images to meet established quality and brand standards
- Perform precise color correction and ensure consistency across all images
- Review and process a high volume of images/data daily
- Collaborate with production to identify and resolve quality issues
- Review datasets, images, or databases for accuracy
- Check for spelling and ensure images match correctly
- Maintain organized records and complete all required documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in digital image editing or photo retouching
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with database or asset management systems
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a production setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirement
- Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods
- Comfortable with prolonged screen time (7–8 hours per day)
- Frequent use of a mouse, keyboard, and/or drawing tablet
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Visual acuity to distinguish fine details and color variations
- All roles require normal color vision
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience using Wacom tablets or similar tools
Pay: $18.75 - $19.00 per hour
