We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in serving exceptional food, and enjoys building a positive team culture. Responsibilities
· Lead and manage all daily kitchen operations.
· Create and maintain high-quality food standards and presentation.
· Develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
· Manage food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
· Control food and labor costs while minimizing waste.
· Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff.
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
· Work collaboratively with front-of-house management to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Experience with inventory management, food costing, and staff scheduling.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
