Step into an impactful role serving K–8 students as a Long-Term School Psychologist Substitute. This is a contract opportunity beginning immediately, covering a 4-week assignment in a dynamic educational environment near Westerville, OH. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals, sharing duties between one elementary and one middle school campus.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold active certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting K–8 student populations is highly preferred
- Proficient in conducting and leading Evaluation Team Reports (ETR) meetings
- Strong ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to manage a shared caseload of approximately 30 students, focusing primarily on assessments and related processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary facilitator for ETR meetings and related student evaluations
- Work alongside other school psychologists to provide comprehensive assessment and consultation services
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and case management for your assigned students
- Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights and updates on student progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and other team members to develop appropriate interventions and support plans
Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday (team not available for interviews on Wednesdays)
- Assignment shared across one elementary and one middle school, with robust support from fellow psychologists
- Conduct interviews virtually, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability
