Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing professional and friendly front desk service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications.
- Conduct overnight audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, offering solutions that enhance their stay and promote positive guest relations.
- Maintain security protocols during night hours by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in front desk duties.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Expertise in night audit procedures combined with excellent organizational skills to handle financial reconciliations accurately.
