We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Supply Chain Associate I to join our warehouse team. In this role, you are on the front lines of our operations. You’ll be responsible for the "boots on the ground" tasks that ensure our customers get what they need on time.

Your day-to-day will involve high-energy tasks across our distribution channels. Depending on the day, you will be assigned to any one of our specialty areas.
Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and prepping orders for shipment.
Receiving: Processing new inventory shipments and handling RMAs (returns) with care.
Inventory Care: Organizing the warehouse layout to keep items accessible and tidy.
Data Entry: Updating PO screens, confirming order fulfillment, and tracking SIM quantities in the system.
Online Orders: Processing online enrollments and managing pending requests.
Special Requests: Handling dropship customer requests and processing returns.
Supply Management: Keeping a close eye on stock levels for devices, SIM cards, packaging materials, and marketing inserts.
Reliability: You show up ready to work and can manage your time effectively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a busy warehouse.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems for data entry and order tracking.
Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work to ensure every shipment is correct.
Team Player: Willing to jump in wherever "work as assigned" takes you to help the team succeed.
