Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as ATS and HRIS), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Oversee employee orientation programs and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, payroll processing support, and workers’ compensation claims management.
- Support performance management processes by assisting with employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards across all HR functions.
- Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while maintaining accurate data entry in HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining personnel records, and supporting project management activities within the team.
Skills
- Proven experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and regulatory compliance requirements such as OSHA and FMLA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis preferred), HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), and ATS systems for recruiting purposes.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, and workforce management strategies.
- Skilled in conflict management, change management initiatives, and strategic planning to support organizational growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and entry tasks.
