Overview
Cedur Synthetic Roofing is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties
- Operate various hand tools to assemble products according to specifications.
- Work on the assembly line, ensuring that all components are adhering to quality standards and properly packaged.
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, contributing to overall efficiency in the factory.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance needs or malfunctions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
- Ability to work on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.
