Join our dynamic team as a CNC Operator / Cabinet Maker — no prior experience required! Duties
- Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to cut and shape wood, MDF, and other materials with precision.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of custom cabinets and furniture pieces.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform trimming, sanding, finishing, and fitting tasks.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and troubleshooting machine issues.
- Support the fabrication process by measuring, marking, and preparing materials for cutting or assembly.
- Collaborate with team members on projects involving cabinetry, framing, or remodeling tasks to meet quality standards.
Requirements
- No previous experience necessary — we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn technical skills related to CNC operation and woodworking.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions from schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Comfort with physical activity including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working with various hand and power tools.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction or carpentry concepts is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with safety as a top priority. This position is paid from day one! Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
