Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
- Conduct body waxing sessions and deep tissue massages to promote relaxation and skin health.
- Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Demonstrate product demos, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote retail sales of skincare products.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually enhance your skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialized training in laser treatments and advanced skincare techniques.
- Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, facials, and eyelash extensions.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and application methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while building rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with retail sales strategies and product demonstrations to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe treatment space.
- Additional skills such as makeup application, nail care, body waxing, deep tissue massage, or other beauty services are a plus.
