Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development, execution, and sales of innovative product strategies in portable restroom trailers and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Manage all sales accounts including product education/training, scheduling, pricing, and product penetration.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop detailed project schedules and milestones.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot product issues, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including codes & standards while integrating precise manufacturing specifications.
- Contribute to schematic creation and system design documentation ensuring clarity for manufacturing and testing teams.
- Perform project scheduling tasks to meet deadlines efficiently while managing scope changes through systematic root cause analysis.
- Facilitate communication across teams by translating designs into actionable project plans for seamless execution.
