Bit of Swiss is looking for evening Bread Bakers- Please read job description and hours before applying
**Current shift is Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM (hours may extend during busy seasons)
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Previous bakery production or commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Learn to operate bakery equipment, including dough dividers, commerical mixers, ovens
*Shape and prepare dough for proofing and baking
*Follow production schedules and adapt to changing baking conditions per season
*Work independently and as part of a team
*Maintain a clean and organized work environment- this includes cleaning equipment, work surfaces and floors
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Basic math and communication skills
*Ability to take direction and learn new skills quickly
*Ability to stand, bend, and lift ingredients, product, and equipment throughout the shift
*Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
COMPENSATION:
Pay based on experience, attitude, and willingness to learn
