Duties

- Schedule appointments efficiently using schedule management tools, coordinating with patients and staff to optimize daily operations.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance details and collecting necessary documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks related to patient demographics, billing information, and insurance claims with precision.
- Communicate effectively with patients via phone or in person, providing clear instructions and answering inquiries professionally.
- Support revenue cycle management by assisting with insurance third-party billing, claims submission, and follow-up on unpaid accounts.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
