- Guaranteed Hours:- 48 hours/week (4x12)
- Pay: $1550 - $1580/week on W2
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent experience.
- BLS from AHA
- Associate degree in psychology or sociology required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with psychiatric conditions.
- Conduct regular patient observations to monitor mental and physical health status.
- Implement behavior management techniques to assist patients in coping with their conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assist in crisis intervention situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Engage with patients to promote positive behavioral health outcomes and recovery.
Pay: $1,550.00 - $1,580.00 per week
