- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence within assigned territories.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and technical features of our toxicology solutions.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients through proactive account management and personalized service.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including laboratory professionals, medical personnel, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or scientific testing industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.

- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Experience in technical sales involving scientific or medical products is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, for preparing reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of analysis techniques used in toxicology testing is a plus but not mandatory.
