You will be responsible for engaging inbound and outbound leads, building immediate rapport with homeowners, and qualifying opportunities before passing them to our Acquisitions team. Your ability to ask the right questions, uncover motivation, and create a strong first impression directly impacts how many deals we close.
This is a role for sharp communicators. For disciplined operators. For people who can control conversations, think on their feet, and keep a pipeline moving.

Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Respond to inbound leads and initiate outbound follow-up with speed and professionalism

Build rapport with homeowners and gather critical property and situation details

Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations

Accurately input and manage lead data within the CRM system

Set qualified appointments for the Acquisitions team

Maintain consistent follow-up with nurtures and long-term prospects

Collaborate closely with Acquisitions to ensure seamless handoff and pipeline efficiency
Qualifications:-
Strong communicators who can confidently guide conversations and ask effective, strategic questions

Detail-oriented, capable of managing and tracking multiple leads simultaneously

Experience in sales, call centers, customer service, or real estate preferred
