About the role:
The STEP Facilitator collaborates closely with Juvenile Court Services to supervise at risk youth in the community, promoting successful outcomes and positive behavioral changes. This position engages youth and families through face-to-face interaction, behavior modification, and resource coordination to support Juvenile Court Services’ efforts to reduce recidivism by equipping the Youth and family with structured skills related to identified needs, attaining prosocial Youth Centered Goals, and connecting the Youth and family to long term community resources and support.
