C&L Ward is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying busy, and helping turn client interest into scheduled appointments. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, learn what each client needs, and schedule them appropriately. You will also greet walk-in clients at our design centers and help guide them toward the next steps in their home improvement project.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for sales and service teams

Speak with potential clients to understand their needs for windows, doors, roofing, siding, decking or repairs

Follow up with client inquiries until appointments are scheduled

Accurately enter client information into our system

Confirm appointments and keep schedules organized

Greet walk-in clients at our design centers and introduce them to product displays

Travel to our Okemos and Saginaw design centers 1-2 times per week as needed, with mileage reimbursement
Schedule and Location:

This position primarily works out of our Davison office, with travel to our Okemos and Saginaw design centers 1-2 times per week as needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided

Call center hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 7:00PM, and Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Team members are scheduled within these hours of operation
