PrimeTouch Maids is hiring a Team Leader.
We are a hypergrowth residential cleaning company in the north Atlanta metro, building a service clients recommend by name. This is a lead role in a company that is scaling fast — not a corporate role at a business that is already built.
We are looking for a cleaner who is ready to lead. Someone who knows the standard, holds it in every home, and can train new hires alongside you. If you have led or trained cleaners before at a another company or independently — this is the seat for you.
You will be in homes every week. You will train every new cleaner on their first jobs. You will hold the quality bar our name is built on. When we grow, you grow with us — in hours, in pay, in title.
What You Will Do
- Clean homes at our top quality standard.
- Train every new cleaner on their first 2 to 3 jobs — ride along, demonstrate, correct in real time.
- Represent PrimeTouch to every client whose home you enter.
- Report cleaner performance and client feedback to the owner weekly.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience.
- Experience leading or training other cleaners (formal or informal).
- Show up on time, every time. Non-negotiable.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
