About the Role
We’re looking for dependable and motivated **Mitigation Technicians** to join our field team. You’ll work under the direction of a Project Manager to perform the hands-on work of water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and cleanup. You’ll help customers through one of the most stressful events in their lives — and make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup of affected areas
- Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers
- Follow IICRC standards and company protocols to ensure effective mitigation
- Take moisture readings and document progress using company-provided software
- Assist with packing out and protecting customer belongings
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and positive customer experience
- Communicate with the Project Manager and team throughout each job
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response work
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Restoration or construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, or confined areas
- Positive attitude and good communication skills with teammates and customers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work after-hours and weekends as needed (on-call rotation)
