Who We're Looking For
You don't have to be the loudest person in the room to be a great recruiter. We're looking for someone who is approachable, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

- Can make candidates feel comfortable during an interview while still asking the questions needed to make a good hiring decision.

- Can manage interviews, hiring paperwork, training schedules, and follow-ups without letting things fall through the cracks.
- Is comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with supervisors and Human Resources.

- Is comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, online recruiting tools, and training systems.
- Is willing to learn about Pride's services and the important work our team members do every day.
- Recruiting, HR, healthcare, or human services experience is preferred, but we also value transferable experience and the right personality for the position.
