Job Details
- Starting Compensation: $61 PLUS /hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Mondays 8:45 - 5:30 & Friday 8:30-3:30
- Prophy appointments scheduled at 50–60 minutes (includes radiographs and exam) — time to actually do the work right

What you bring:
- A great hygiene experience
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and updating health records.
- Deliver comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, radiographs, sealants, and coronal polishing.
- Demonstrate excellent soft tissue management knowledge and periodontal assessment skills.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care in a way that builds trust — never pressure.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient flow.
- Accurately document patient records, perio charting, and treatment notes.
- Support a 5-star patient experience through warm, professional, and detail-oriented care.
- Participate in continuous education to stay current with the latest hygiene practices and technologies.

Experience:
- Dental hygiene: 1 year (Required) or Recent Grads with previous DA/RDA experience
