The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce is seeking an energetic, creative, and community-minded professional to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging marketing content, attending social events, and supporting local businesses.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage social media, marketing, and Chamber communications
· Coordinate member engagement, ribbon cuttings, and serve as a primary point of contact for Chamber members, visitors, and community partners
· Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, payments, recordkeeping, and general administrative support
· Maintain accurate member records and databases
· Prepare membership packets, certificates, and member communications
· Coordinate ribbon cuttings, grand openings, member recognition activities, and New Member Spotlights
· Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
· Assist with office operations and member services
· Represent the Chamber throughout the community
We're looking for someone who has:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Experience with social media, Canva, and Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for community involvement
This position is part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time. Pay is DOE. Occasional evening and weekend events are required.
