Responsibilities
- Assist with tree removals and pruning operations
- Drag brush, process logs, and maintain a clean, safe job site
- Operate chainsaws and other tree care equipment safely
- Work as part of a crew while following direction from supervisors
- Load and unload trucks and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Represent the company professionally with customers
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform demanding outdoor work
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including heat and cold
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with a team and take direction from supervisors
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Experience operating skid loaders, mini excavators, chippers, or other heavy equipment
- CDL (Class A or B)
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment repair experience
- Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience
