RedCheck Pest Solutions is a locally owned and operated pest control company serving the Raleigh area with a reputation for reliability, honesty, and real results. We’re growing — and looking to add a full-time Pest Control Technician to our team.

What You'll Do:
- Perform inspections, identify pest issues, and implement effective treatment plans
- Along with pest control, tasks will include crawlspace work, moisture issues, exclusion work and other relevant home maintenance projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and reports (using Gorilla Desk software)
- Provide follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Registered Technician (RT) card (required - but we can help you get it!)
- A reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in home services (HVAC, lawn care, plumbing, etc.) is a bonus
- A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive starting salary ($18.00/hour with flexibility for experience)
